We carefully select and craft each piece, bringing out the maximum texture, scent, and feel of washi paper’s colors, the aroma of natural wood, and the unique bleed of sumi ink.
While preserving traditional handcrafting techniques, we layer on new sensibilities to create one-of-a-kind forms.
Folds and brushstrokes reflecting kachō-fūgetsu (the beauty of nature—of flowers, birds, wind, and the moon—) express a distinctly Japanese aesthetic.
